New for 2026 !

For 15 years, communities across Newfoundland and Labrador have come together to support families with a child receiving medical care. To celebrate this milestone year, we’re inviting participants to join the #RedShoe15Challenge and help us continue building a stronger network of support for families when they need it most.

Goal: Walk 15 minutes a day throughout the month of September
You could win a Prize Package valued at $500!

• Participant instructions:

  • Walk for 15 minutes a day during September – every day you walk earns you a ballot!
  • Track your days on the challenge calendar – DOWNLOAD HERE
  • Submit your completed calendar to Ronald McDonald House NL before October 5 by scanning or taking a picture and emailing it to info@ronaldmcdonaldhousenl.ca
